Phase Zero is a low-commitment, high-insight engagement designed to clarify your most pressing challenges, map the dynamics at play, and identify leverage points for transformation.

Rather than beginning with assumptions or templates, Phase Zero creates space for me to listen deeply, observe patterns, and collaborate with you in developing an evolutionary roadmap that’s rooted in the authentic narratives and goals of your organization.

How It Works:

Phase Zero is best delivered in person. Being on-site allows me to observe your culture, engage informally, and get a visceral feel for who you are and how you work. (Virtual delivery is also available for distributed or hybrid teams.)

Typical structure:

    • Two full days on-site, including informal observation and structured interviews with founders and/or team members

    • Up to four 1:1 coaching sessions (60 min each) with leaders, to reflect insights and help shape emerging narratives

    • A 2–3 hour debrief workshop, in person or virtual, to unpack insights and shape next steps collaboratively

A hybrid or virtual Phase Zero maintains this spirit in a format adapted to your organization.
