Jordan delivers workshops for teams, provides assessment and advisory to executives and founders, and coaches individual leaders 1:1. He also speaks at conferences and other events.

Jordan’s early education included an HBA and a self-directed education while backpacking the world. In 2013, he founded a business facilitating workshops and seminars and quickly gained a clientele of over 200+ businesses. Jordan’s bleeding edge thought leadership combines elements from storytelling, coaching, innovation practice, human psychology and elsewhere.

Jordan is just Generation X-y enough to not believe in social media. He doesn’t have an Instagram—for real—though he begrudgingly does have a LinkedIn profile.

Jordan has advised leaders of some of the world’s largest corporations, like Rakuten, Johnson & Johnson, and Mozilla. He has worked across tech, from established companies like SAS and Autodesk to unicorns like Thinkific and Pleo to cutting edge start-ups in frontier technologies. Individually, Jordan’s client roster as a coach includes a sitting US Congressman, many executives, and the current mayor of a major Midwestern city — plus many other wonderful people based around the world.
