I'm a narrative consultant, systems change facilitator, and creative leadership coach based in Vancouver.
I have been passionately involved in personal and systems change since I was a teenager. Since 2007, I have developed a unique creative career working with organizations including Johnson & Johnson, Volvo Cars, Mozilla, Vimeo, and Rakuten — alongside startups, governments, nonprofits, and innovators. My work touches every function: execs, product, HR, finance, marketing, sales, ops, innovation and more.
