I am an independent entrepreneur, facilitator, coach, and consultant specializing in transformational leadership, strategic storytelling and the interface between the systems and human levels of change.

Through workshops, consulting, and coaching, I help leaders align mindset, narrative, skills and strategy to enable their teams to meet volatility and disruption with creativity, clarity, and trust.

My work is grounded in systems thinking, emotional intelligence, and a custom developed toolkit I call Rocket Science. Notably, my work is emergent — I customize every engagement to every client, rather than following a strict step-by-step framework or model.
