I’m Jordan Bower.
For 15+ yrs, I have guided leaders and organizations to align vision and strategy with culture and communication.
I am a strategic facilitator, a storyteller, a systems thinker, and an expert in helping organizations bridge the “best practices” of organizational development with the “next processes” that define our changing world.
I create experiences that catalyze change.
I know that change needs to start on the inside first before it can translate into measurable shifts in our decisions and behavior.
I have built my business on this core human truth — by helping more than 200 organizations build capacity, navigate complex challenges and evolve how they think, work and communicate.
My output is an increase in adaptive capability.
