And need new tools, skills and mindsets to do change differently.
I’ve personally been through three workshops with Jordan, and I can confidently say his ability to build this skill set and raise the bar is real. This workshop will be practical, engaging, and immediately applicable. You’ll work with real examples from your own role and walk away with tools and language you can use right away.

Why Storytelling the Future
No caterpillar has ever planned its way into becoming a butterfly.
We can’t argue people into change.
No matter how brilliant your strategy, no one has ever been “argued” or “managed” into change. In truth, leadership change is a collaborative, co-creative journey that requires an intricate balance between mentorship, direction and guidance. This workshop
We need a vision and a plan.
Every change turns on a “what if” story, when a leader steps beyond how it’s always been done to stretch towards the possibility of what hasn’t happened yet. As skilled technical leaders, we need to know how to hit this motivational tone…. without coming off sounding sappy.
A.I can’t possibly do it for us.
Though A.I. is brilliant, at the end of the day, it is a predictive engine that works with probability, not possibility. As change leaders, we need to summon the trust vulnerability and connection that frames change as a productive struggle, unlocking real growth in the process.
Don’t let AI “change manage” the future. Story it yourself.
What if every leader in your organization could paint a picture of a future that their teams and their stakeholders actually wanted to move towards? How might that improve your overall adaptability, culture and buy-in for critical initiatives like adopting A.I.? Storytelling the Future is a dynamic workshop that develops the skills, craft, and soul of motivating others to change.
Learn the human skill of navigating uncertainty.
Develop the storytelling craft and the emotional heft to paint a picture of an imaginative future and guide people to believe in the potential of change.

Meet your facilitator
After spending my twenties traveling the world, I founded Transformational Storytelling in 2013 to help business leaders benefit from the lessons of my creative journey. Quickly, I rapidly acquired 200+ corporate clients through my deep passion for helping people and for the art and science of storytelling.
During the pandemic, I tore my business to the studs and rebuilt it to provide greater value to my clients. Today, my approach to storytelling is focused on creative thinking, confidence building and understanding the needs of stakeholder audiences.
Based in Vancouver, I work with organizations throughout the USA, Canada, and around the world.
